Order Status & Delivery
The order will be delivered in 7-10 working days to all the metros and tier I cities, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time, so please write in to email@example.com to confirm delivery schedule for tier II & III cities.
You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order and will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

All orders of value above 2000/- are not charged with any shipping cost while INR 150/- as shipping charges are levied on order value less than INR 2000/- .In case of international orders shipping charges are applicable.
Yes we do deliver out of India, and it generally takes 15 days, depending on the city, but there is no Cash on Delivery facility for international orders, also international orders are not eligible for returns and exchange.

Return & Exchange Policy

You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will either issue you a voucher of the same amount or exchange your product as per your choice
You can use the voucher credit points to buy anything else of the same amount from the website within 90 days.

For our records it is necessary to share a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number.
